The following chemical reaction takes place in aqueous solution:
MnBr2(aq) + 2KOH (aq) → Mn(OH)2 (s) + 2KBr (aq)
Write the net ionic equation for this reaction.

1. Convert to full ionic equation. Mn(OH)2 is the only solid that does not dissociate.
2. Cancel ions that are the same on both sides/
3. What's left is the net ionic equation.

I ended up with
Mn^2+(aq)+2OH- =Mn(OH)2
