what is the solution to (3 × 102) x (5 × 105), written in scientific notation?:: Each has only one significant digit, so none of the answers are right. However, ignoring that (so many math teachers dont know science math), 15e7 or 1.5e8

ben spent 2/3 of his allowance on video games. what is the fraction of his allowance expressed as a decimal.:: answer: .67 or .7 this is really a very poor question on the teachers' effort. If she wanted it rounded to one decimal place (.7) it should have been stated. Most folks would say 0.7 if they were limited to one decimal place.
