= 152
or if you want to get fancy
8 * 19 = (10-2)(20-1) = 200 - 10 - 40 + 2
= 200 - 50 + 2
= 152

Using the distributive property, an expression equivalent to 48 + 30 is

1. (8 x 20) - (8 x 1)

2. (2 x 9) + (2 x 3)
3. (7 x 50) - (7 x 2) = 350 - 14 = 336
4.(9 x 80) + (9 x 1) = 729

Now idk if these are exactly in order, but I got 100%.

for me Gracie answers only got me 50%- :/

but i guess that could be my fault i should prob gone with unknow's-
