A cup of coffee has cooled from 95degreesC to 60degreesC after 13 minutes in a room at 24degreesC. How long will it take to cool to 30degrees​C?

Assuming you are using Newton's law of cooling,
T(t) = Ta + (To-Ta)e^(-kt)
then your numbers indicate that
24+(95-24)e^(-13k) = 60
k = 0.0522
So, to find t when T=30,
24+71e^(-0.0522t) = 30
t = 47.33
T(t) = Ta + (To-Ta)e^(-kt)
then your numbers indicate that
24+(95-24)e^(-13k) = 60
k = 0.0522
