first, switch the division symbol to a multiplication symbol, then flip the second fraction, then multiply like normal :)

Ex: 9/3 divide by 7/2
we then flip the 2nd fraction numerator and denominator and change the division to a multiplication
9/3 multiply by 2/7
(9 time 2 ) / ( 3 time 7)
18/21
don't forget to simplify if you can, in this case 18 and 21 can both be divided by 3
18/3=6
21/3= 7
so 18/21 = 6/7 <-- the answer

9/3/(7/2) = 9/3 * 2/7 = 18/21 = 6/7.
