I'm not sure about question 1 but, 2 isn't B it is D.
You start by simplifying the fraction then dividing the numerator by denominator. ( 27/6 = 9/2. 9 / 2 = 4.5 )
Question 3 is 0.0008570000000000001 which is answer B not A. Question 4; as far as I know, is correct. A rational number is a number that can be written as a fraction. Rational numbers include terminating and repeating decimals. For example, Pi is not a rational number because it neither repeats and it's not terminating. Pi can't be a fraction. Last question, You also have right.
