1 and 3 are fine, but not 2.

Please review the spelling in sentences 4-6.

Do we have to use at Christmas not on Christmas?

GRAMMAR: Patterns with Christmas at Christmas
• You use at Christmas when saying that something happens during the Christmas holiday period:
I’ll see you at Christmas.
✗Don’t say: I’ll see you on Christmas.

That's correct -- but you can say, "I'll see you on Christmas Day."
