Question

I was doing notes on the Battle on Long Island as make up work because I was absent when my class was doing it, and I couldn't seem to find out the answer to the question "What did one British soldier say the Patriots did not have?" Its pretty hard because it isn't a multiple choice, and I need the notes for a notebook grade. Thank you!
