I need y and x intercept help please.

Question

How do I do this 4x+3y=12
First i did 4(0)+3y=12
then i did 0+3y=12
now i'm confused

then if x is zero, y is 4, which is the y intercept

So if y is zero
4x=12
and x=3, which is the x intercept.
