So I think

-5x^2+4x-5y+5

Am I correct ?

- 5 ( x² + y² ) + 4 x + 5

- 5 x² + 4 x - 5 y² + 5 =

x ( - 5 x + 4 ) + 5 ( - y² + 1 )
