y = (2(x+6))^2 + 3
= 4(x+6)^2 + 3
so, to get there from y=x^2,
shift left by 6
stretch vertically by 4
shift up by 3
= 4(x+6)^2 + 3
so, to get there from y=x^2,
shift left by 6
stretch vertically by 4
shift up by 3
