What would be the total mass of the products of a reaction in which 25 grams of table salt (sodium chloride) decomposes into the elements sodium and chlorine?
Can someone please help me with this?

I forgot to say, I believe the answer is 25 grams since mass can't be destroyed nor created but I just wanna make sure.

Your reasoning is very good and correct. You can prove it. To make the calculation easier I will use approximations like this.
2NaCl ==> 2Na + Cl2
molar mass NaCl is approx 58.5
Na is approx 23
Cl is approx 35.5
Starting with 25 g NaCl we will get
(25/58.5) x 23 = approx 9.8 g Na
(25/58.5) x 71 = approx 15.2 g Cl2
Total on the left is 25 and on the right is 9.8+15.2 = 25 g.
