Two fractions have the same denominator,15. The difference between the fractions is 2/5,and the result of dividing one of them by the other is 4/7. What are the fractions?

x/15 - y/15 = 2/5 = 6/15
so
x - y = 6
y/x = 4/7
so
y = 4 x/7
x - 4x/7 = 6
3 x/7 = 6
x = 14
y = 8
so
14/15 and 8/15
