Question

I am asked to plot points on a coordinate system and then state what quadrant they are in.
If I have a point such as (4,0), which is right on the line), what quadrant is that in?

What about (0, -8)? That one is right on the line also.

maybe positive x-axis and negative y-axis?
... or IV/I and III/IV

they are on the "boundries" between quadrants

so if this is on a test how would I answer one quadrant? What would be the correct answer?
