In the formula , F= ma, F = Force (N) , m = mass (Kg) and a = acceleration (m/s²)
a) Find F , if m = 26.5kg and a = 2.4m/s²
b) Find a , if F = 86N and m = 10.2Kg

F = m a is Newton's second law. We are doing physics here.
a) F = 26.5 kg * 2.4 m/s^2 = 63.6 Newtons
b) F = m a
so
86 Newtons = 10.2 kg * a
a = 86/10.2
a = 8.43 meters/ second^2
a) F = 26.5 kg * 2.4 m/s^2 = 63.6 Newtons
b) F = m a
so
86 Newtons = 10.2 kg * a
a = 86/10.2
a = 8.43 meters/ second^2

Yeah I thought it was physics but it's in my maths practice test :S

That is fine. Physicists are allowed to do basic mathematics, although some frown upon us for it.
