    max speed? Easy Infinitity. I bet you mean minimum speed to make it.
how long does it take to fall 2 m?
h=1/2 g t^2
t= sqrt (2h/g)=sqrt(2*2/9.8) seconds
velocity horizontal=3.4m/timeabove
