Based on the formula below, what quantities of each are needed to make 180 ml of this lotion?
Benzyl Benzoate 250 ml
Triethanolamine 5 ml
Oleic Acid 20 ml
Purified water to make 1000 ml

you gave the amounts per 1000ml
So multiply each by 1/4 .

I believe Bob P made a typo with that 1/4. You should multiply each by 180/1000 and the last one will be added water to make 180 mL which will be approximately 725 x 180/1000.

yep, wasn't typo, I misread the volume to be made up.
