First thing you need to do is figure out how many gallons an hour it is. Since there are 60 minutes in an hour and it's going at 1.5 gallons a minute, we can multiply 1.5 * 60.

That's 90 gallons per hour. Now, just figure out how many qts are in 90 gallons.
