What does it mean when a problem says "give the values for STP"?

STP stands for "standard temperature and pressure."
Standard temperature is zero degrees C or 273 Kelvin. Standard pressure is 760 mm Hg or 1 atmosphere. So you would want to answer 273 Kelvin and 1 atmosphere pressure.

Just to be picky I would answer

273 kelvin and 1 atmosphere pressure.

Because the word for a unit has a lower case first letter, even if it is named after someone.
