x----> 2+
b)lim f(x) = 10
x----> 2-
c)lim f(x) = 10
x----> 2
d) f(2)= 10.
What type of function is this limit?
Would it be a horizontal line?

All we know is that the function is continuous at x=2. No idea what it looks like more than a small distance away from there. It could be increasing or decreasing, or have a cusp.
Oh yeah -- or be horizontal.
