Hii so, I'm on my 5th mental breakdown Today and Its only 9:00 today, and as I know most of you don't care what so ever about what I'm going through and you all have your own problems but I'm honestly horrible at math and this is a big grade for me in it because I have a 60 D and that's honestly the most highest I've had in math but state testing is coming up and I need to bring up all of my grades and on top of that study all of my other subjects So if someone could please help me or explain this math that would honestly help me out so much.

19.25 rounds up to 19.3
halfway between 17 and 19 is 18
there are more 17s than anything else.

Hi, Mad, sorry you are having a difficult time. Please reach out to your Algebra Readiness teacher. I am sure that he/she will give you options for test reviews, one-on-one tutoring LiveLesson, study guides. In addition, I am sure you can improve your grades by doing corrections. So you have options and you can do this. Stop, breathe and know that you are not "doomed" there is still plenty to do. I wish you good luck.
