I assume you mean
(2 - x/4)^4 not ( 2 - 1/(4x) )^4

= 16 - (4 * 8 * - x/4) + 6*4*x^2/16 - 4*2*x^3/64 + x^4/256

= 16 - 8x + (3/2)x^2 - (1/8)x^3 + (1/256)x^4
