1. Open the command line with Administrative privileges by right-clicking (RC) the Windows Start button.
2. Move to the root directory by typing CD\. Then create a folder with your last name: MD [LastName]> now move to the folder by typing: CD [LastName] (Note do not put brackets around your lastname for either command!)
this is what it says and im to confused to know what it means cause I have a MacBook

4. What is the purpose of netstat?

Yeah you won't be able to reproduce that on a Mac, since Mac runs OSX and you need to do the exercise on Windows. You better get a virtual machine or borrow a friend's computer.
