I assume that there is a constant distance to be covered.
the number of rotations is d/C where C is the circumference of the tire.
so, d/(1.2C) = 1/1.2 * d/C
The number of rotations would be divided by 1.2
the number of rotations is d/C where C is the circumference of the tire.
