When an electron move from one level to another an amount of energy is dissipated. Give the equation that will enable you to calculate that amount of energy

It is dissipated ONLY when the electron moves from a higher energy level to a lower energy level. If it moves the other way the energy is absorbed. For your question, look up the Rybdberg equation. That will give you the wavelength, then use E = hc/wavelength to convert to energy.
