(a - b)^n = Sum of all [(-1)^r]*(nCr)*(a^r)*[b^(n-r)]

Where 'r' varies from 0 to n.

a = 2
b = (1/4)x
n = 4
r = 0,1,2,3,4

Plug in the values, sum it up.
