Since the purpose of an ice cube is to keep a drink cold, is it better for an ice cube to have a high volume or a low volune? why? (I need help on this)

two thoughts:
a. high volume means much more cooling power.
b. high volume means the drink can be diluted, which can ruin it.

so take a choice.
