Distance 55 m time 10.30 am and distance 255 m time 10.32 am. Find the avg. Speed.

Plz advice how total time is being calculated.

Divide change in distance by the change in time:
(255-55)/(10:32-10:30) = 200m/2min. = 100m/min. = 1.67m/s.
