If I roll a die 6 times, how many 5's do I expect to get?
I know if I rolled it one time I would have a 1 in 6 chance of getting a 5, but how do I determine how many I would expect to get if I roll it 6 times?

you expect about 1/6 of the rolls to be fives
so, you expect 1/6 * 6 = 1 five in six rolls
so, you expect 1/6 * 6 = 1 five in six rolls
