(fºg)(4) means f[g(4)]

g(4) = -2(4) - 6 = ?

f(?) = 3? - 7
Answered by Steve
(f°g)(x) = f(g) = 3g-7 = 3(-2x-6)-7 = -6x-25

Now plug in x=4 and compare with the answer you got from Scott
