you know how to find the area of a circle: A = πr^2
so, subtract the area of the small circle from that of the large one.

Radius of circular garden=25m
Radius of inner circle=25-3
=22m
Area of garden available to play children in=pie r^2
=3.14×(22)^2
=3.14×484
=1519.760m^2
