slope = (y-2)/(x-2)
and
slope = -3
so
(y-2) / (x-2) = -3
You can expand that out to get the y = m x + b form
y - 2 = - 3 x + 6
y = -3 x + 8
and
slope = -3
so
(y-2) / (x-2) = -3
You can expand that out to get the y = m x + b form
y - 2 = - 3 x + 6
y = -3 x + 8
