for an n-gon, it is (n-2)*180

to figure this out, all the way around the outside is 360 degrees
so the right turn outside at each corner is 360/n
so each inside angle is 180 - (360/n)
= 180 n - 360) / n
so the sum is
180n -360 = 180 (n-2)
