(y+2)^2=-(x+1)
I want to know if (x+1)=-(y+2)^2 is the same thing, and if it is, then is the stretch factor -1?

It is the same. This is the identity theorem.

I am supposed to descibe the relation, would i just say a horiz. trans. 1 left and 2 units down?
