ello we are doing speeches in Language i am new to canada so i have never done a speech before so how do you you start and end it? i don't have enough information.

Usually we start a speech with something that will grab the audience's attention. An anecdote or an unusual fact are two good openers. Then tie the fact or anecdote in with the subject of your speech.
The last part of the speech should be the conclusion in which you summarize what you've said.
