heat lost by hot water + heat gained by cold water = 0

[mass cold water x specific heat H2O x (Tfinal - Tinitial)] + [mass hot water x specific heat H2O x (Tfinal-Tinitial)] = 0

You have all of the numbers except for Tfinal. Substitute and solve for Tf.
