As I understand the problem -- it's
-3/5m = -45
m = -45 divided by -3/5
m = -45 * -5/3
m = 75
Proof:
-3/5 * 75 = -45
-45 = -45
-3/5m= -45

A better way of showing how the m is placed is to use parentheses. For example, if m is in the numerator, it would be written as
-(3m)/5 = -45.
If m is in the denominator, it would be written as
-3/(5m) = -45.
