(y+5)/(x+3) = -2/5
y+5 = (-2/5)(x+3)
y+5 = (-2/5)(x+3)

y + 5 = -2/5 (x + 3)

I agree that is probably what they want but I could see it as
y+5 = -2/ [5(x+3)]
which is wrong so I was reluctant to pick one of the listed answers
