But its available to public schools? if i can find an audio book for call of the wild someone is sure to find a pdf for the short story nevergrave

<i>Call of the Wild</i> was first published in 1903, well over the copyright time (usually 70 years or more), if it ever was copyrighted.

The author of "Nethergrave," Gloria Skurzynski, is alive and well and still writing and publishing. You can bet your boots she is copyrighting everything she writes!
