For the statement:
"Mail your transcripts immediately after the posting of your winter/spring grades."

Does this mean mailing my winter term grades AND my spring term grades.

This sounds as though your winter/spring grades are combined into one posting. However, if they are separate, then mail the transcripts immediately after the posting of each set of grades.
