I'm assuming the body is brought to rest in 5 sec.

Vo = 60km/h = 60,000m/3600s. = 16.67 m/s.

V = Vo + a*t.
0 = 16.67 + a*5,
a = -3.33 m/s^2.

Fap = M*a.
=200 = M*(-3.33),
M = 60.0 kg.
