B. The denominator should be double the numerator to get a fraction close to or equal to 1/2.

22/44 = 1/2
44/44 = 1

You try the other two.
For part A #2 would it be 21.5?
Yes, it could be either 21 or 22.

But we don't use decimals in fractions.
