first get velocity tangent to circle v
it goes pi D meters in 3.14 seconds
v = pi D/3.14 = pi * 1/ 3.14 = 1 m/s
centripetal acceleration = Ac =v^2/R =1*1/.5
= 2 m/s^2
F = m Ac = .1 * 2 = .2 Newtons
