My son is doing a math project with many diagrams, but the teacher did not senf home examples of;

Fact Triangle, Change Diagram, Prts-and-Total Diagram, and Frames-and-Arrows problems

I don't know what this is.

I couldn't find anything on change diagrams, but as I recall, it works like this (hopping for some unit to levels)

Take away 23 from 87
87 to 80 is 7
80 to 30 is 50
30 to 23 is 7

so the answer is the changes 7+50+7
