rke=1/2 I w^2
w= sqrt(2*rke/I)=sqrt(2*175/3.75) rad/sec
w= sqrt(2*rke/I)=sqrt(2*175/3.75) rad/sec

Ke = (1/2) I omega^2
175 = (1/2)(3.75) omega^2
solve for omega, the angular velocity
