Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. Did you tell your teacher that you did not understand the concept? Then it could be explained in different terms that you could understand. Your teacher is always the best source when you don't understand something.
Depending upon what you were asked to do, here are some links:

When all else fails, go to your local library and ask the librarian for help.
I'm not really sure what your assignment is unless you have to write a children's book that uses LOTS of prepositions. If that's right, then take a look at the prepositions on these webpages:
