Which phenomenon does the following example illustrate?
When you begin your first year of college, the tuition is $12,000. At the beginning of your second year of college the tuition has been raised by $200, but you do not notice. However, upon returning for your third year of college, you do notice that the college has raised tuition by $2, 000.
