so 1 ounce costs 3.08 ... 28 * .11

buying and shipping x ounces
... (1 + .05) * 3.08 * x

C = 3.234x

So a customer CAN NOT buy 2.5 ounces of paprika if you are being exact:
3.234(2.5) = 8.085
