a spy tracks a rocket through a telescope to determine its velocity. the rocket is traveling vertically upward from a launching pad 10,000 m away. at a certain moment the angle between the telescope and the ground is equal to pi/3 and is changin g at a rate of 0.5 rad/min. what is the rockets velocity at that moment?

Θ = π/3 , dΘ/dt = .05/6 rad/s
tan(Θ) = h / 10000
10000 sec^2(Θ) dΘ/dt = dh/dt = v
tan(Θ) = h / 10000
10000 sec^2(Θ) dΘ/dt = dh/dt = v
