Describe two advantages and one disadvantage of using high-voltage power fro tranmission lines.

I honestly have no idea and could really use some help with this. Thanks in advance. :)

Advantages: lower current for a given power, and consequent lower power loss (I^2 R) due to resistance, and ability to use lower diameter copper wires, lowering cost.

Disadvantages: need for transformers, more lethal voltage
thank you so much! I really appreciate your help!
Merry Christmas! :D
Another advantage, with lower current losses, transmitting cables cheaper than copper can be used (such as aluminum alloys, or steel alloys). With the aluminum wires, which are significantly lighter, fewer supporting towers can be used, making costs again cheaper.
ok, thank you very much. :)
